Katherine Laking
HR Manager
Katherine has almost two decades of HR experience, including 12 years at the management level. She spent 11 years working within manufacturing and five years in the charity sector before joining Ampsail in 2019.
She graduated from the University of Sussex in 2012 with a postgraduate diploma in HR Management and a CIPD advanced level diploma.
She became a Chartered Member of CIPD in 2013.
