PROJECT DELIVERY

The residential development consists of one block, Stories 2-20 consists of 706 Apartments for student accommodation. Basement 2 and Basement 1 consist of plantrooms and Ground/Lower Ground consists of Commercial space.

We provided the Procurement, Installation, Testing and Certification of all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Specialist Services throughout 706 Apartments, inclusive of communal spaces, plant and risers throughout the project.
