Ampsail recognise that staff development is key to investing in the future. With the support and expertise of leading training providers such as JTL we can combine the practical experience and knowledge of our qualified staff with the potential and drive of our graduates and apprentices to promote continuous improvement.
Apprenticeship Schemes are usually 2-4 year courses depending on the level of experience. The aim is to combine practical experience, technical learning and professional development to achieve a National Vocational Qualification. The JTL provide a training officer who will be the main point of contact for the employee and employer throughout the course. We will also provide our trainees with an experienced mentor on site.
We currently place apprentices within the following divisions:
- Plumbing Apprenticeships (Levels 2 & 3)
- Electrical Advanced Apprenticeship (Levels 2 & 3)
